Quality policy

Skrivanek was the first language service provider in Central and Eastern Europe that fully met the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. The quality policy our company implements is based on the constant fulfilment of client needs, and by offering a high quality of language services. The varying needs of our clients and the growing competition in the language service market require a continual process to improve quality. In May 2002, Skrivanek received a certificate from TÜV Suddeutschland Holding certifying that our company’s quality management system meets ISO standards.

But we didn’t stop there – our specialists have systematically worked to ensure that, from 2010, our level of translations and services meet the requirements of the EN 15038:2006, the newest standard published by the European Committee for Standardization in 2006. This standard stipulates quality management standards specifically for translation service providers. Each of our language services complies with the regulations of both the ISO 9001:2008 and the EN 15038:2006 standards.
